OOG was founded in 2010 with the support of the Government of the Sultanate of Oman to facilitate a number of cross country deals which required the flexibility of a private company which can move quickly to navigate the political complexities of the region and deliver major businesses expeditiously and efficiently.
OOG was founded by a very experienced team of professionals who have extensive experience in fast delivering mega energy and petrochemical projects.
The team was complemented by a group of senior professionals covering various areas of expertise.

Recruitment: It has also the option of being specialized in supply of manpower and training in Oil and Gas & Energy sectors.

Overseas Group (OG) is a holding company with interest in diverse economic sectors. OG has gained experience from developing business concept, conducting feasibility studies, project financing and setting & operating companies as investors as well as lending expertise to others in such fields.
Advisory Services
OG is a newly formed group of companies with the purpose of putting together several of its subsidiary companies under one roof of well experienced business owners. The company founders have been doing business since the 80’s. The owners have done business in many fields since the 80’s which gives them a very rich experience in a wide range of industries.
Some of the business activities:
Chocolates production, Fashion Design house, Manufacturing of shoes, Wealth Management services, Trading in oil & gas products, Oil drilling operations & Advisory services to investors setting up projects in Oman.
Sometimes a joint venture may be more advantageous than an outright acquisition. Business skills brought by a local partner can be the key to success providing you, foreign investor with the local knowledge needed to guide your business.
The local partner can be passive or can be the one who opens doors and facilitates expansion.
Alternatively, both parties can be actively involved benefiting from each international know how and local radar.
